Returns & Refunds

Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are custom 3D printed to order.

Because each item is made specifically for you, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or ordering mistakes. Please double-check sizing, colour, and compatibility before placing your order — and if you're unsure, feel free to reach out. We're always happy to help before you buy.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our prints and carefully check every order before it leaves us.

If something isn’t right — whether it’s damaged in transit, faulty, or the wrong item — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Send us:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review it quickly and work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.


3D Printing Characteristics

3D printed products naturally show small layer lines and minor surface variations. These are part of the printing process and not considered defects.


Sale & Custom Items

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom designed parts

  • Samples

  • Gift cards


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.

Product Use & Strength Disclaimer

All of our parts are 3D printed using PETG filament, chosen for its durability, flexibility, and impact resistance. However, 3D printed components are not indestructible and are not equivalent to injection-moulded or CNC-machined parts.

Our products are designed for intended scale use only.

We do not cover damage caused by:

  • Jumping or high-impact landings

  • Excessive speed runs or racing abuse

  • Collisions or crashes

  • Over-tightening hardware

  • Incorrect installation

  • Modifications after purchase

  • Use outside the intended purpose

Misuse, heavy bashing, or extreme driving conditions can cause failure, and such damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that RC vehicles involve impact, stress, and wear, and parts may require replacement over time.
