Order Processing Time
All of our products are made to order and 3D printed in PETG filament.
Please allow 4/6 Weeks for your order to be printed and prepared before dispatch.
During busy periods, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Because each part is printed to order, your item does not ship immediately after purchase. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery timeframes (after dispatch):

Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days (Australia)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected countries.
International customers are responsible for:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to correct it before dispatch.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our control.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost:

We are not responsible for carrier delays but will always do our best to help resolve issues.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a suitable solution.
Combined Orders
If you place multiple items in one order, they will typically be shipped together once all items are complete
